I use this laptop tray table to raise my laptop to eye level on my work desk. Then I use a full size keyboard and mouse under the tray table. So now the laptop screen is at eye level and I use a full sized keyboard and mouse which is great for me. It was a little too high as shipped so I cut about 3 inches out of the center of each leg and then re-attached the leg portions with a wooden dowel. It is sturdy and fits my Dell laptop just right, has a cup holder for my morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Effectively gives my desk two levels. The legs are just hollow tubular sheet metal so they cut easily with a hack saw. Then just file the rough cut edges with a fine file and piece back together with wooden dowel available at most hardware stores or home centers. You could probably use it as shipped but I was looking up and not straight ahead at my PC screen, so that is why I shortened the legs.

The table was better than I expected. I thought the legs would be plastic, but it was actually metal. It also has a little weight to it, but not much. In addition, a part of the wood was chipped off, but it was not expensive, so I was okay. If it was not the wood design there might have been no problem, nevertheless I still love it.

Love this desk. Someone recommended it to me and I love using it every day to do my work on since I rent a room and needed a desk. This is perfect because it has a cup holder and I put my laptop on it and I also use it as a table to eat my food on when taking breaks from working.

An inexpensive way to improve your posture if you sometimes work in bed: Under orders to improve my posture and not hunch over a computer while working in bed, I found this tray to provide a simple way to sit up straight and work on a lap top computer with getting a sore neck, sore back, or sore elbow.

This tray table was really helpful when I was recovering from surgery and I still use it regularly! Perfect way to avoid hunching over the laptop keyboard, as I often do without realizing. I would just say it's kinda slippery so if it's at even a slight angle small things may slide off. Also there's no way to latch down the part that props up, but it was only an issue a couple times in transit and adjusting the position.

I bought it for my girlfriend however, it came chipped on the side everything else was pretty nice. I just did not pay for it to come chipped.

The tray came in a box with a lot of dust on it, as if it was returned and put away until I ordered. While cleaning the tray, I had to fight with the foldable desk, which kept flopping out of place, so I held on to it. There should be a way to keep that from happening. I would have sent it back but I didn't have time to get a different one in time, so I'm stuck with it.
