Disappointed
Where to begin, first there was not enough hardware in the box, no instructions, the holes on the perch we not aligned Just overall not happy with it Act of Congress to put together, due to the fact the hardware was shorted.

When the stand arrived, one of the wheels was missing from the package. I blame the manufacturer for this, but I'm not happy. Therefore, the 1 star review.
