I bought this backpack as a personal item for flying. According to the picture in the Walmart app, the backpack unzippered to completely open the inside area in which to place items. However, what I got was not like that. The majority of the space is accessible by unzipping one end of the backpack, it does not open and kind of peel back like a can of sardines, which is what I expected based on the photo. it will be difficult to get items out of the backpack on the flight because of the way the backpack opens. Which is why I was buying a new backpack. It does have a lot of room and a lot of pockets. Seems to be good quality. I will make do with it.

Phone charger must be for older model phones because it will not connect to an iPhone 11. Needs a smaller port on end

I ordered green and got white. Cannot use in this color.
