Exceptional
This cage is awesome! Fast shipping! arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to put together.
My only issue is the lack of instructions to put this together. Though it's mostly easy to just figure out. I couldn't exactly figure out the wheel but I already have one attached to her house I already had. My hamster was SO excited about her new big house! Two starter cages could fit in one of them. Overall I do recommend the cage

this would have been a good cage if it wasn't completely cracked from shipping. will not be able to use it in the condition it came in and will have to return it now.
This is exactly what we were looking for for my daughters hamster. Imagine my disappointment when it arrived broken in the corner. They need to take better care of their packaging choices, this seems to be the biggest complaint across multiple purchasing sites. Very frustrated.
the cage was cracked when i opened it, they only gave me 15% off what a joke, it should have been 30% discount. I will never do this again.
