This is by far the best ferret cage I have ever purchased! Its so easy to clean and maintain. The main reason why I bought a new cage is my old cage was difficult for my ferrets to navigate without falling or getting hurt. This cage provides layers instead of just random shelves and ladders. Also my ferrets are little escape artists the locks on the cage are ideal with solid doors my ferrets can no longer push their way through to get out. The price was fair. The cage is fairly spacious. I currently have two adult ferrets in this cage and they have enough room for two beds..
absolutely adore it, our fat boy, confetti loves it, all the nests space on the floor, and he loves hiding in the hammock!! Not good for buns tho.
This cage is very well-made. I would have given it 5 stars, but the bottom latch/lock is pretty loose, so I need to be mindful that the cage stays locked.
I bought 2 of this cage a few months ago for my rats, and they are surprisingly exactly as pictured. It came with the water bottle and food bowl along with the hammock and these blue tube hides. The cages are very large and super easy to clean. Some of the pieces did come slightly bent, but it wasn't a problem. Very happy with them!!!
Do not get this cage for a ferret. The open grates on the bottom and the middle floors, my ferrets feet go right through it. If I did t just spend 2 hours assembling everything I'd send it back. Now I'm trying to figure out what to put over the grates for safety.
