Large Ice Bag (16-22 lbs)

I live having Walmart's large bag of ice delivered to my home, and I do this once, sometimes twice weekly. It is always frozen, and it lasts for 5 days in my"not a yeti" cooler. Also, the price can't be beat. I've been buying ice like this from almost every store, service station, pharmacy, etc. I've ordered for friends that buy 2 bags/day at the ice machines. They couldn't believe that it was as long lasting as I said. I absolutely love Walmart's ice!!

It's awesome that you can order these bags of ice for pickup to make it even more convenient. They are big bags with drawstrings and the plastic is pretty sturdy so it doesn't rip easily. The ice is hit or miss on if it will be all stuck together but I just throw it on the ground a couple times and we are good to go.

The large bags of ice seems to be okay. The small bags are the ones to always come matted and looks like it's freezer burned. THE ONLY DOWNFALL ABOUT GETTING ICE FROM WALMART, IT'S ALWAYS MELTED WHEN IT'S DELIVERED. I MISSED THE BLUE TRUCKS BECAUSE THEY WERE REFRIGERATED AND THEIR ITEMS WERE ALWAYS COLD. WHO WANTS MELTED ICE, THAWED FROZEN FOOD AND WARM MEAT.

I don't know what is happening with the supplier you have for delivered ice, but this is the 3rd bag that I've had issues with. This last 20lb bag has yellow/beige tinted chunks and an extremely metallic taste to it. Additionally, the bottom Half of the bag is one large ice chunk, which is unusable.

I have ordered ice from Walmart before but this time when the ice came, the bag had broke open someone tied the bag and the ice had melted. I expect the ice to melt a little bit if it was summertime, but clearly this is Winter. I really didn't feel I got my money worth.

I ordered this large bag of ice with my grocery order early in the morning. When my order was ready for pick-up, I got a message saying the ice was “out of stock:. I tried calling customer service - but could not get through to the store or find a corporate number. Began a “chat” with so called customer service. I explained the issue and the AI chat said that the ice was showing as “in stock:. Yet - I got another message that the ice was “out of stock”. I can't believe the ice has been out of stock this entire day! I tried several times to call the store, but after ringing many times a message comes on (every time) stating that they're receiving an unusual high call volume and to call back later!

Well it could have been substituted for a smaller bag of ice. In which I was told wal mart was completely out of ice. Sorry can I hear what's up on that. You're not going to tell me wal mart is completely out of ice when I just bought one big bag of ice , and it was overstocked. Jesus says we aren't suppose to lie. Just want to remind you of your 10 commandments.

Absolute disrespect from your delivery team,, I paid for delivery and a tip for the driver only to received 2/12 bags I had ordered.. when I called they said if you wanted come and get it. And beyond rude all the managers and employees working last night..

It arrived melted. The driver pulled away as I was bringing the groceries in. It was already melting severely when I started to bring in the house and 'flooded' my kitchen floor trying to get it into the freezer. I would say I got a small bag of ice instead of a large because 1/2 of it was already melted.

i had to place 2 orders. with 10 seconds of the first it wouldnt let me add to order. so i had to make another order for the 3 things i missed. im guessing because it was a 3 hour delivery,but i immediately tried to add them. Now Walmart charged me for not having a 35.00 delivery. then tip then 5.00 for delivery. put the 3 items on my ebt and still put a 49.00 hold on my card. Then the driver shows up with the first order AND THE 3 ITEMS I TRIED TO ADD. NOW IVE GOT 70.00 ON HOLD ON MY CARD 2 DELIVERIES,2TIPS, YOU TELL ME IF I SHOULD BE HAPPY
