This large reusable ice pack is great for my back. I have scoliosis and have severe pain in my back and neck and I don't use any medication for it. So I like to use this ice pack off and on during the day and night. It really helps with the pain. Of course it doesn't take away everything but it helps.
This was excellent it took 6 hours to fully freeze for maximum amount of time to freeze and you have to immerse it in water for 8 minutes. But it really worked wonders on my back.
it's plenty big enough for my back and hip. it stays cold quite awhile so I don't have to keep changing to my small ones.
I love how flexible it is, how large it is without being heavy or cumbersome.

This icepack was the best I ever used in the beginning, but with use, has not been getting or staying as cold.
I don't arrived as promised in a short amount of time. does not last as long as I would like because it is thinner and expected.
Very thin and the coolness only last 10 minutes.
