I really loved the quality of these as an ice pack. they have held up well and stay pliable. I've owned them now for 3 months and use them daily I haven't tried them as a heat pack yet but I bet they would hold up to that as well. one more thing, they still look brand new 👍

I like the fact that its a big square, rather than a rectangle one. It helps a larger area when your in pain. I've never seen that velcro strap idea, that holds it in place. So, its great relief, when my back hurts, get a headche and neck tension, as the weather changes. Im able to get some relief in larger areas at the same time. It definitely gives me relief faster.

I broke my femur right above my knee replacement and this has really been helpful! It's not stiff because it's not frozen. I'm not sure what is inside but it helps it remain flexible! I wish it had the black piece to attach it to wherever needed like the picture shows but other than that I recommend it!

this is one of the best purchases ive EVER made!!!! love this, its comfy and really helps my severe back pain, i pop it in the freezer then lay on it its soft not hard like other ice packs ive used and the coldness lasts a good amount of time. im using it daily now and telling my friends about it, it really helps my pain, also the strap it comes with helps keep the pack on my knee so it doesnt fall off....i havent used it in the microwave for heat yet but plan to when the weather cools down its hot here in Texas!!! i highly recommend this and plan to buy more as gifts for others with pain issues

The strap is not made for plus size people if using on the back. It works on lower back very well. Did not try it other places yet. Does not take up too much room in freezer. Great price. Get it!

Wḥen I saw the size of this ice bag I knew it was perfect for me. I deal with a lot of pain and I'm tired of using those small ice bags that barely cover anything. As soon as I opened up the box I put it in the freezer can't wait to use it.

I'm happy with these large ice packs. I am having a hip replacement, and icing is critical for a better recovery. The ice packs are indeed large. A pleasant surprise is they have a seam that allows you to fold the pack easily into thirds. This allows for easy storage and folding on your body. Options while in pain are always good. They freeze better than others I have used, which means they last longer before needing to be switched out. Longer lasting is better when you are in pain. The pads come with a hassle-free strap. Velcro is on each end, and it is not scratchy. I'm glad to have ice packs this large. I bought two.

It shows the elastic band going around the waist but it is too short for anyone to use it that way. I am petite and it would have to be twice as long to be used on my back. I love that you can use it for cold and hot therapy. It takes several minutes to get it it hot enough but it holds the heat for a long time.

The straps aren't connected to the pack making it difficult to put on., moves out of place and Slip down leg when starts to melt.

Too small and the strap is not attached. Only 1 strap. The knee wrap from this company is perfect with 4 attached straps. It is baffling why this wrap for the back was not designed correctly. It should be much larger with 4 straps just like the knee wrap.
