Great fit & protection
These splint boots are much lighter weight than SMBs and are less bulky (They look good, and look appropriate on an English horse). The protective piece is barely marked from where my horse would have otherwise hit himself, and there is great cushioning beneath it. These are wonderful for my horse who interferes because of enlarged sesamoids, sometimes hard enough to cut himself. He has torn through other boots in 1 ride.
