This machine is like a wizard in disguise. Remember that glorious, warm hug you get from wrapping yourself in a freshly dried blanket? Yeah, this thing does that, but in half the time. Hands down, the best thing I've ever bought.

This was a Mother's day gift request from my daughter. She called today and stated how much she loves it in the morning after a shower. The size was perfect forher bathroom.

Works great! My grandson loves getting out of the shower and into a super warm towel. Quick and easy to use, and safe enough not to be scary to a 4 year old.

it was a pretty good heating towel for small items and regular towels. I just wanted it to be hotter. otherwise it was okay for wash clothes small towels and clothes to wear for after a shower. as far as the heating element it could be better and hotter.

Here is exactly why I would not recommend this warmer to anybody. The lid is extremely difficult to raise. It's confusing as to lock or unlock. The timers are confusing as well. I am in a hurry as I care for my 99 and a half year old mother. I was extremely frustrated and the warmth of a blanket is intermittent. The towels however come out really nice and warm. But they're still the problem with the lid.

Kind of flimsy plastic. Lid doesn't like to stay open and isn't very stable. Seems to take a long time to get decently warm

Functions properly and towels do warm but not to any level you'd expect. Just a warmth that's not even close to worth it or your expectations.
