very easy to use. instructions made sense. it seems like it is working but Im only a week in and due for my second treatment tomorrow. already seeing some results.

This product works!! I've only been using it for about a month, but I already see areas with much finer hair, less hair, and even areas where hair has not grown back! I am so thankful for this product, it saves me stress and time. THANK YOU!

The razor snapped in half and the glasses were cheaply made so I would buy a different pair of protective glasses but other than that it was pretty nice

I really hated the fact that my legs would still have a strawberry appearance after shaving so I started looking at hair removal options. For the price, I wasn't expecting much from this device but I thought I'd give it a go before forking for hundreds and hundreds for multiple different laser hair removal sessions. Simply put, I'm blown away. After maybe three or four uses while watching TV on the couch my legs are almost completely hairless and I no longer have those awful little black dots. Even my boyfriend commented on how smooth I am right now. I've also tried it on my underarms and bikini area and am very happy with that as well. If you're thinking about it, it's a worthy investment for sure. :) ps Be sure to wear the glasses.

I have used this four different times I'm not sure how it's going to work with me just yet but I have to hold the power cord in a lot. I have to push it in very, very hard in order for the power cord to stay plugged in. It's always falling out. I'm thinking about putting super glue around it. Otherwise, I'll just have to return it. And get a refund. The power cord should never come unplugged to the point that you have to continuously restart the unit. It's like the plug around the plastic area that plugs into the unit is a little too big for it. So you have to push it in really hard to make it stay in two otherwise it will fall out.

I have used this 3 times so far. The first time was on a level 3 of 5. The product worked throughout the whole treatment with no irritation. Next treatment I tried a level 4. The product would stop working all together. I was able to get it to work again by restarting and only using a level 3. Third time, at a level 3, I paid attention to the countdown of application and it would randomly take off 5 instead of 1 pulses. No pain. Easy to use. Just low functioning quality.

Is nearly impossible to go up a level. I have tried clicking regularly, double clicking, holding it down, etc. Sometimes one method works and sometimes another does but it usually takes a while to get it to go up in levels.

After using for the first few time, I thought I started seeing hair loss so, I was starting to get really happy. But on the second week I got it, it randomly stopped working as I was using it. The screen went off and nothing seems to work.

Is too early to say if this is a good product or not? I was just received it. However, I can tell you flat out that the company who packaged it just tossed it into a box with another product with no protection. No security of it staying in one place. It was literally bouncing around in the box with another product like tinker toys, gum balls I am definitely not impressed with the company itself. I'm hoping the product will impress me once when I start to use it or continue to use it after I try it first time or two, but until I do it's hard to say

i had to return this item because it woukd shut off on its own in the middle if a session. i wanted to try it hecause of the goid reviews about it being effective and painless. this item was far from painless! maybe its because the one i recieved was defective, but in the low setting instill ended up with a burn in my knee and ankle and it zapped and stung alond. it also smelled like melting plastic during use.
