Big, heavy durable fan.
Fan arrived in box with all the packing material destroyed and components rattling about. Base scratched up a good bit, requiring application of black spray paint for protection. Lasko needs to hire a packaging engineer with experience in heavy component packing and shipping. Easy to install. Good instructions. Fan moves a good bit of air. Can be loud, even on the lowest setting, but, it gets the job done. I am satisfied with the operation of the fan and would recommend it's purchase.

Hopefully yours is complete in box.
Flimsy box and poor packaging. Banged up parts and every piece of hardware missing. If you try to go to Lasko for the missing pieces they'll claim it was a shipping problem and you have to buy them. Never mind every single review complaint about the damage and missing parts from the bad packaging.
