Great Fan
I bought this to replace an old Dyson fan. I'm Very Happy with this oscillating fan. It has 12 levels of air, fairly quiet, blows well and the back can be taken off to clean or vacuum it out. I won't buy a Dyson again.

At some levels (3 ) I have to increase my TV volume, However, there are contributing factors such as unit location/nearness, and minute hearing loss.

The remote does not work. The heater is fine. I am 79 years old and the remote would be wonderful to not have to get up and turn on. I did not want to send back as I stay cold.
