Go light and easy on it
Not bad for the price but if you're wanting to add any sort of weight it definitely isn't made for anything over 80 lbs. I'm hoping the straps that hold the bag and chain together do not rip more than they already have

A very good value!!
This is a great deal for the price!! It seems like a durable canvas bag. You fill it yourself to make it as heavy as you want. I stuffed it with old t-shirts. The chain is better than I expected. Good for fitness kickboxing and self defense training.

Smaller and lighter bag, best for kids.
The red seam started to tear the first 5 minutes I used it. A lot smaller than I thought, probably should mention that this works better for kids. I used the stuffing and sand bag that came from my old bag but it's not as heavy because it only used up half of the stuffing/sand bag so it's not as great for kicking and hard punches as it just swings around all over the place. Otherwise, the bag seems pretty solid and price was not too bad. I'll just set this one up for the kids to practice on.
