Good choice.
The information provided in the Last Will and Testament packet was quite helpful. It contained a lot of information with easy instructions for understanding the process and how to complete the documents. The printing on the documents could be larger, especially for the elderly who are trying to complete filling in the blanks. The documents were very informative with regards to what each document stood for in the realm of legality.

has everything needed and simple instructions to write a will without having to go through probate..which if there's no real property or minor kids etc ..all you need is to have it witnessed and notorized . I made extra copies...

After we're gone.
We are 75 and 76 years old and are in the process of getting our affairs in order. We each have a child and we're trying to ease the burden for them after we are gone. The will kit was very helpful in this process.
