I really like this tablet. it's easy to set up and use. I am very pleased with the battery life. it stays charged for days when in stand-up mode. I would highly recommend. would buy again

This tablet is fine for the online games I play daily. The battery life could be longer, and it seems to take longer to charge than my previous tablet. There are a lot of ads that popped up until I got an ad blocker. All in all it's worth the money

the rotation sensor doesn't work all the time, might be an app limitation. still trying to get face recognition working

Every time I try to do anything on this tablet, there is a LOUD pop up ad that has to be endured before I can do what I need to do. There does not seem to be a way to remove the ads, even though I'm using ad blockers. When someone opens word processing apps, they want to work/do schoolwork so loud TikTok ads are inappropriate. On top of that, the keyboard doesn't work.

will restart if it's on when charging or when it's fully charged and still plugged in. It has also been freezing for a while.

Ordered 4 tablets for Christmas gifts. All 4 were missing the keyboards, mouse and stylus. Items received were not as advertised in the description. Came with case and charger only.

The tablet ran extremely slow and could barely stream or play downloaded movies. Upon running diagnostics. I confirmed that the firmware had been faked into reporting specs that didn't match the hardware. Turns out out it is basically a few mismatched part paired with old software that was telling buyers something different than what it actually is. The combination is barely functional. Perhaps that's why it was clearance priced. Btw... SHOUDUM is the name Chinese manufacturers use when they just throw some random generic parts together and don't have an actual company. Word

This item arrived in a crushed box it had scratches on the screen I cannot return it because I did not buy it in the store this in the store I am very dissatisfied with this product I should get a partial refund because of the Damage Done to this product
