Laura Mercier High Vibe Lip Color -Dash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't often wear lipstick since retiring. But the two Laura mercies I now have are my favorites. They go on smooth and creamy and have quite a bit of staying power. The colors are exactly what I wanted and are flattering on me without being overly intense. Love them.

The first was too coral; Laura Mercier was kind enough to allow me to give it to a friend and order another. Too rosy! I wouldn't do that again so I gave it to the same friend.., who loves it! I guess I'd recommend that you know your color first. I needed a neutral brownish mocha. I couldn't find it here .

I ordered the Laura Mercier High Vibe Lip Color online. I chose the color 121 Bliss Mauve Rose. I like that it's not drying on my lips and it did wear well. What I'm not happy about is the color. It is more reddish than mauve and for me that is a huge fail. Now I'm stuck with a color I will rarely if ever wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The High Vibe Lip Color comes in beautiful colors and goes on very smoothly, but I felt that it didn't last as long as promised. Perhaps that was because of the hot weather and high humidity leading me to drink more water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this formula, the way thee lipstick feels on my lips. It's thin, smooth and long lasting. It doesn't settle in lines, crack or peel or dry out my lips. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I didn't care for one of the shades that I got as it's too bright and orange for my taste but I'm sure would look great on other skin tones.
