Laura Scudder's All Natural Nutty Peanut Butter, 26 oz Jar

I needed to change my usual brand of Pnutbutter due to digestive issues. The positive, I didn't have to stir it. I think the brand of oil affected my health overtime. They possibly changed ingredients and/or the plastic jar affected the quality. The last purchase was hollow right down the middle and filled with oil. I reported it to Walmart and was refunded the purchase price. Prior to ordering Laura Scudder's (LS) Pnutbutter I read the reviews, positive and negative. I knew I'd have to mix the "natural" oil into Pnutbutter. I'm trying to purchase more products in glass and I like that this brand is in glass jars. Some customers had issues with delivery of the products being defective due to shoddy packaging. Their jars were cracked, broken, shattered glass and Pnutbutter on other items and messy. Fedex delivered my oversized box with 2 jars of LS today. It was heavy, I was skeptical about the condition of the contents while I was opening it. Surprise, each "glass" jar was thoroughly wrapped in a woven paperlike recyclable product. The remainder of the box was filled with bubble wrap. Both jars of LS were in A1 condition. Unfortunately, the oil has separated from the Pnutbutter.There is quite a bit of oil on the top portion of each jar. When I turned one jar upside down the contents resembled soupy nuts in oil. I'm happy that I found a healthier Pnutbutter in glass jars and hoping that mixing the contents will be an easy task. I'll be looking on the internet for suggestions about how to mix natural Pnutbutter oil in jars. PS: I will be recycling the packing from the box.

This peanut butter is magical. The flavor is insanley rich and decadent. I wish they sold it at my local store I can only get it online. The flavor on this one blows everyone elses peanut butter out the water. It has the perfect texture and perfectly salted. I normally get random butters, Smuckers naturals with no salt is my most purchased so this one does have sodium in it and I get this one as a treat. A jar of this one never last long in my house it is delicious and I love to eat it on schars table crackers the nut butter is soft and doesn't break the fragile crackers. I would highly recommend.

first experience with 100% all natural, real peanut butter. I thought I've been eating real peanut butter my whole life. I was wrong. this has peanuts and salt. love the true chunky peanuts. completely different texture then regular peanut butter, it is so filling and naturally satisfying.

Laura Scudder's Smooth and Nutty peanut butter is the best. All Natural with nothing but a small amount of Salt MAHA healthy. For Natural peanut butter you do need to stir to blend the oil back in but worth the effort. (I churn my peanut butter) Do you know what a bagle cream cheese spreader knife looks like? a wide blade. I have a long wide blade spreader knife and what I do is churn the butter. A up and down motion and cut back and forth as I mix. Once the oil is back in stirring easy. Worth the effort its healthy Other so call natural peanut butters are too thin and runny or has added ingredients .

All my life I've been a smooth peanut butter person. Except for this one. it is so delicious,with just the right amount of salt, plenty of actual peanut pieces, the perfect amount of natural oil from the peanuts. I love the size, a great value for money. I recycle the jars, because they are wide mouth, glass and tall. I'm so glad I found this peanut butter, I've ordered it over and over again. Highly recommend it.

unfortunately I ordered this product and did not realize it was the crunchy version. I like the flavor but I prefer creamy. I looked up the creamy version and it was much more expensive. I don't mean just a few pennies more we're talking about dollars more. cannot explain why the creamy version would be more expensive than the Nutty version. I will not be buying again.

I like my peanut butter crunchy, and with only peanuts and salt as ingredients. Walmart has become an unreliable source for my favorite brand, so the last two orders I've tried Laura Scudder's. It's fairly runny at room temperature, but I'm fine with that. I use my hand mixer with one dough hook to give it a good blend when I first open the jar, but apparently that's not sufficient, because I keep happening across extra salty bits. I've never had this issue with any other brand, but it's happened with my last two jars of Laura Scudder's. Clearly the salt isn't getting mixed in consistently in the manufacturing process.

I love this peanut butter but walmart keeps shipping me jars that are not properly sealed. The lid comes right off when I turn it and it shouldn't. I should have to twist it to break the seal. There is no seal. then when I go to return it, they want it back. Are they reselling these opened containers? Did you ship me someone else's return? That's extremely unsafe and unsanitary.

i ordered the same peanut butter I always order due to chewing issues. I consistently order smooth vs. crunchy. Crunchy was delivered instead of smooth.. Yes th jar was opened. I assumed the order was accurate because the jars are identical except for one word on the label. How can we resolve these new errors.
