I love this coffee! Not bitter at all. Good, full flavor. I had a different brand coffee that would become moldy in the waste collector in my automatic espresso machine. This coffee brand does not. I believe this is because Lavazza brand coffee is processed fresher and cleaner. A definite plus!!

I had this coffee at a friend's home and wanted to start using it. I ordered it and customer service was great. We have a package room that I've searched and it is not there. Do you know where it was dropped off? I still don't have it.

They sent 1 year old “fresh” coffee beans! Then wanted them sent back for a refund. What?! Why send them back? It's a perishable consumable. Photos would do the trick .. (which we will post on google reviews). We don't need to trek to the ups office to send them back. They A) want to resell them or B) don't believe us! Ridiculous. We will NEVER buy from them again! Still awaiting return shipping label. After multiple emails, Supermarket Italy ghosting me / non-responsive.
