We Got The Cheap Plastic Case Not The Boxed Set
We remember the show and thought it a fun addition to our collection to go with Happy Days and Mork and Mindy. We haven't had a chance to watch through everything yet, so we're trusting that the discs play okay and the show looks as good as expected. We're rating the product a neutral 3 stars because of the poor packaging. We got another cheap plastic case with all the discs stacked up on top of each other. This type of packaging is difficult to deal with to try to get all the discs out to watch in order and then try to get them stored away again. At least there's some text printed with the episode list, but the color scheme and size of the font make it hard to read. So we'll end up just watching through the discs blindly like we do with all the other shows packaged without episode lists. We're disappointed when we receive this type of packaging because it's not clear when you order if you're going to get the original box set that has the classier packaging or the cheapo new repackaging. We settle for these plastic cases for shows that we like and enjoy seeing but aren't necessarily our all-time-favorites. But that doesn't excuse the fact that the product descriptions and images need to be more specific. People should have the option to order whichever version they prefer, rather than just ordering “the show” and getting whatever version they have in stock at the moment.
