The LaView 5MP Bulb Cameras are absolutely outstanding reliable cameras, with all the features of more expensive cameras. They screw into a standard light socket, connect to 2.4GHz wifi, and provide continuous video feeds to the phone app or any ONVIF compatible recording system (hardware or software based), and outside internet connection isn't required after setup, unless you want storage on the cloud. This is unheard of for an inexpensive camera. The 5MP picture is clear well past 30 ft (I can see 100ft clearly in daylight), have pan-tilt and 12x zoom, night vision using either infra-red or built in LED illumination (your choice), motion detection, tracking and alerts (your choice), two-way audio %26 alarm siren (your choice), and are easily controlled by the phone app or network surveillance software. They were instantly recognized by my ONVIF-compatible network storage software, and have provided continuous video since being installed 5 mos ago. I have 3 types of surveillance cameras outdoors and the LaView 5MP Bulb Cameras are the only ones that have never had a glitch, even in freezing cold temps. Absolutely outstanding cameras for 1/4 the price of similar units with similar features.
