This item has greatly helped my husband's night sleep! Because it's at an angle, it begins the lift from the chest up... big improvement in his sleeping, breathing.

I did as you say. took it out of the bag it came in and left it open in fresh airing for 48 hours. Then place it on my bed and since been having much better sleeping results. I do recommend it to others.

I needed this for my acid reflux situation and it is helping so much. After two days I didn't even know I was sleeping at an incline. I appreciate that I didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars to purchase this item.

The pillow works for me. I have bad blood flow in my legs and this pillow is just the right size !!

It works well as a cushion for under knees and legs as well as an undergrad neck and back. The angle isn't too much just right.

Smaller than I thought. It wa taller than it was wide--my fault, I guess, I should have asked which was depth and which was width. Other than that, it worked great while on vacation, had it shipped to our timeshare. Allow at least a week to get it delivered.

Pillow was well made but too small. Description was not clear on web page images. Your head and torso would be restricted to a small area while sleeping. Otherwise the item looked OK.

Well, the memory foam is nice. I did measure but guess .. dunno, just isn't enough. It is very small. I have a small frame, and its hardly enough to cover my back, let alone the support of arms or sleeping comfort. It would be nice for say.. one leg support. I just don't think it would be much comfort for an adult.. even if just using for some quick support to read, your arms would have a huge drop.. and nothing to rest on. I do think it would be nice for a child tho.
