I dislike the fact I received the rubber part of the toilet plunger, but not the wooden handle. CRAZY!!!!! You expect me to use my hands with the rubber part to unplug the toilet???

The plunger works really well, it is soft enough that it is easy to plunge. IveThe plunger works really well, it is soft enough that it is easy to plunge. Ive run into some other so stiff you cant get them to actually suck the water up and down. This one works well. The picture in ad, even to left of this review shows it with an extra 'lip' that is Not on the plunger that I received. Recessed [see pic] Heavy duty rubber (nice) bare wood handle (poor) I added a flex sealer coat to waterproof, ad longevity (hopefully) to handle.

The wood screws into the plastic plunger all the way through to the to create a hole in the rubber. My other ones are not designed that way, I will find out through experience if this is designed okay.

The plunger I ordered came today, with NO handle! Doesn't make for a good working plunger. I believe the handle was removed during shipping through the USPS. I am feeling that the shipper isn't at fault here but is responsible for finding out what went wrong and fix this situation. I am not sure why the USPS would remove the wooden handle from the package! Not happy!

No handle included and NO customer service to answer the calls. I stayed on hold for >45 minutes! Never again will I order from them! Buyer Beware!

The bottom piece sticks upwards so the water stays there and the toilet water seeps out over the floor. Gross. I like the kind where the bottom piece stays down so the water drains out. Then you aren't leaking toilet water everywhere. You can shake it off over the bowl before moving it back.

I needed this plunger but the one they sent me is damaged...it looks old and tattered...lots of worn edges dents and scuff marks....does not seem like a new plunger
