It's exactly like the starter it replaced on a family member's riding mower where the oem part lasted for less than 2 years. I dislike the way the item is shipped. There is no packing slip or item number-just a generic number on the box that corrosponds to nothing. I don't know if it is the correct starter until I install same and hope it works.
