So far these are my favorite potato chips that are available locally. My favorite of all time are Tom's. However the last time I've had them was when i was down in Augusta Georgia. So i stick with Lay's Salt and Vinegar. Which are plenty fine for my tastes.
When you open a bag of Salt %26 Vinegar chips, you don't just smell a snack; you smell a declaration of war on your taste buds. The initial hit is like a microscopic seagull is dive-bombing your sinuses, carrying a tiny bottle of industrial-strength cleaning fluid. You think, "Surely this is an exaggeration." It is not. The first chip is a genuine sensory experience. It's a powerful, searing, lip-tingling, back-of-the-jaw-clenching, eye-watering punch that makes you question all your life choices. It's the only chip flavor that requires a moment of silent contemplation, a tissue, and potentially a signed waiver before you continue. Vinegar Power: So strong, you'll feel like you just cleaned a copper penny with your tongue. Your teeth are calling the Chip Protective Services. Salt Level: Perfect. If by 'perfect' you mean, 'this much sodium should be illegal in all 50 states and maybe a few small countries.' The Aftermath: After five chips, the roof of your mouth feels like it's started to peel, and you have that satisfying, numb, "I've been in a vinegar gas chamber" feeling. It's what we Salt %26 Vinegar devotees call a "good burn." It's proof the chips are working. Conclusion: I ate the whole bag in a single, painful, glorious sitting. I could barely speak afterwards, and the inside of my mouth looks like a topographical map of Mount Vesuvius, but I regret nothing. For those who seek flavor, these chips are an appetizer. For those who seek pain, they are a spiritual journey. They are absolutely disgusting, and I am obsessed.
I absolutely love Salt and Vinegar Chips. Lays has the best. Only thing I don't like is sometimes you can find some chips that are burnt and you can find a lot of broken chips instead of large whole chips. That's something that they're workers need to work on. Not the company itself.
I buy the salt %26 vinegar variety potato chip to switch around with my first favorite flavor, dill. Lays is the best potato chip with excellent quality, but if they keep shrinking the bag size (they don't think we see that?) and charging more for smaller bags, I am able to stop buying them, and I will.
Lays Salt and Vinegar are the best. They taste great, for lunch dinner or any time. Perfect for a snack. They have the perfect crunch and flavor for a chip.
These salt and vinegar chips are delicious.. they do not last long in my house. The kiddos love them. Great snack or goes great on side of sandwhich .. even put them on the sandwhich and that was a win. Yummy!
This is my favorite flavor. I've tried other brands, but Lays does it best. The only complaint I have is the amount of air in the bag compared to the amount of chip. If there's a way to fix that, I'd ask that you do what you're able to. Some other companies are using the Pringles method of putting the chips into cans. I feel like it's a more honest way to showcase how much you're actually getting. Thank you for all of your positive contributions to this world, whatever they may be.
if t h e y had been delivered onbtime an d not been put off for 2 more days after having been ou t f o r delivery on 1st day they would not have com r crudhed from to.much handeling why did you do this n offer NO EXPLANATION NOR ISSUE A RE FUND KNOWING C ONDITION U DELIV ERED IN VERY DISAPOINTED IN WALMART
Finding a full potato chip in almost any chip on the shelf is like winning the lottery. I have watched the people who deliver these things just mishandle and shoved the bags on the shelf which makes the entire bag of chips nothing but crumbs. It is pathetic. The flavor profile of these chips is wonderful but I don't really wanna eat my chips with a spoon. Extremely disappointing.
Salt and Vinegar is the worst flavored potato chip in my opinion, yet, it's the closest in flavor to nacho cheese Doritos according to my Walmart shopper. I would never buy this product on my own. My shopper would not respond, substituted Doritos for this, I asked for a different substitution, and this is what showed up at my door.
