Box came broken open and taped completely up. Had to cut slowly to not cut fabric. Pillows on side and cushions Velcro on and when you make a certain move, you hear the Velcro coming apart. I'm doing everything possible to return this as it sits lower than my coffee table and is very uncomfortable. I have been told 3 times they would come get it and I'm still waiting. If you sit in the middle, I pity your crouch. I will be filling a report with the BBB over the lack of response and lies told to me as I've been trying to return it during the first week of having it. I'm 5'8 and my legs go numb if I sit on it. I am disabled due to my back being a wreak and they said to wrap it up and call FedEx. I'm not paying or hurting my back again for a piece of crap sofa that took me two days to put together because the hardware didn't want to fit. Nor will the precious Velcro keep the back cushions in place. This has been the worst experience I have encountered with a sofa purchase. The company that produces this junk of a sofa threatens that they will inspect the merchandise and if they feel that there is any issue your refund may be limited. I guess it's my fault your Velcro won't stick.
