Jamisons is the soup base i prefer, this is a great product that allows you to make great soups,gravies,and sauces with out getting it too salty. My sisters and friends want to know how my soups come out so well. This is my secret. How ever I am always happy to share this i formation. We all want to enjoy good flavor.

This is a very rich, flavorful soup base. My mom's chicken rice soup is just not the same if I use a different chicken stock/flavor product. Don't waste your soup efforts with a different soup base-I've tried others. When I am asked for our family recipe I give this soup base as a gift with the recipe because it is imperative for the perfect flavor.

Poor quality at twice the price.
Don't think it's the real thing unless they changed the recipe. More powdery than before. Won't buy again.
