Batteries not included
I really like that it can be used on forehead or in ear. This makes it very easy to use with very young children. The thermometer uses 2 AAA batteries (not included) and comes with a nice storage bag. The only downside is that there were no covers included for testing out the ear probe. Just a few would have been nice so that I could have tried it out on myself or another adult for comfort/fit.

Love the quickness of taking temp. Still confusing on how to know when temp is done for accuracy. But at least we know temp is normal

Incorrect item
I recieved didferent model... i dont like it .. it looks like tv remote control..and its not doing well... you should email me first before sending it to me

Disappointed
does not appear to give an accurate reading. Unsure if it actually works right or not because every individual I have scanned thus far, has not had a temp exceeding 95.7
