A digital thermometer that registered death
If you had a zero stars rating, I'd select that for this junky thermometer. I can understand that my friend who has visual problems had problems getting this item to work. But at his doctor's office, two technicians were not able to get it to register his correct temperature. It showed that his body temp was 90 degrees and that was at least 8 degrees incorrect. Please send him a new LCD digital IR thermometer that works and please test it before you send it to him. I'm embarrassed that I trusted you to send him a quality item that he could use if the need arose but instead he received a defective item. Walter Kolesky

Unsatisfied.
This never registers my temperature above 88 degrees F at which point I'd be suffering from hypothermia. I intend to return it.

I must have received a defected item. I couldn't get it to read the correct temperature; therefore, I returned it for a refund.
