This was the best price I could find on this item. I needed a second charger since my original charger just seems to take hours and hours to charge one battery, and I have four batteries to recharge when I'm using them all. When it arrived, oh my batteries have been charged up, so I do not know at this point whether this takes the same amount of time to charge a battery as my original charger, but I have high hopes for it. If for some reason I find that it does not live up to my expectations, I will edit this review in the future.
Works as it should with the Black n Decker battery.
