After years of trying to put an end to my husband's really serious snoring (CPAP machines, dental mouth guards, chin straps, etc.) we finally happen upon this little piece of tape that solves 95% of the problem. Occasionally he will find a position that causes him to snore a little, but the amount of snoring, the loudness of the snowing--95% better using this product.

It helps me to keep my mouth closed so my cpap can do it's thing. Every one and then I may drool a little and it will come loose. Don't put lotions or nothing on lips before putting on.

I use this every night. It keeps me from opening my mouth and snoring and ending up with a very dry mouth which can lead to tooth decay. Nice quiet sleep.

I suffer from sleep apnea - was using a chin strap when I found out about these medical grade tape. I find it works great. No bulky chin strap to deal with. Just a small piece of tape that goes from upper lip to lower. Works great. Sleep better.

This mouth tape is great. Does not tears your lips off when removing and stays on till you take it off. Best for the price

I had used up my package of this mouth tape and had ordered another type. After 3 nights of discomfort, I reordered this product. I sleep so much better!

Product leaves sticky residue on lips after removal, I wake up feeling the skin too hot and sweaty and have to take it off. Previously product had micropores to allow air in, but latest version has no holes and does not allow any air in. I like the shape and size of the tapes but may not be able to use again because of above issues.

Good tape except it leaves a sticky residue on skin. But I just use a little coconut oil and it wipes off.

These do not stay on the skin. They move or come off through the night. I've even skipped night time moisturizer to see if it was due to my routine, and it's not. These are bad quality. Don't buy if you enjoy your sleep and are used to taping your mouth.
