Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Chef's Oven, 7.5qt, White

Ok we have the dutch ovens and they are fab...but this guy here has taken us to another level. It provides us with so many more options. Its bigger, yet doesn't look obtrusive. We love it and have already begun expanding our collection. Just when you think you are all set, curveball improves the game.

Gifted to me from me and so glad I did! Generously sized, not as heavy as it looks and the aesthetic is on point. Performs as it promises. I changed out the handle to gold and I'm in love!

As with all the Le Creuset pots we have, this one does not disappoint. It is a perfect size for cooking a brisket or pork shoulder with all the fixin's.

This has become a new favorite cooking tool. I've used it as a wok for Asian stir-fry, as a casserole dish for a breakfast casserole, or even for something as simple as making meat sauce.

I bought this soup pot over ten years ago and it was my first Le Creuset piece. I didn't expect to love it as much as I did. The size makes it perfect for so many things--braising anything, risotto, soups, spaghetti sauces, and baking no-knead bread. It's not too big, or too small, it's really just right. I've since added a few 3 qt size round pots and those are great too, but this is my go-to for just about everything. I like it so much, I bought three this year to give to family members. I got it in white--cotton--and it's gorgeous. I leave it on my stove at all times because it's so pretty-and is used so often.
