I love these puddings. They are perfect for a nighttime snack or breakfast. To top it off they are super easy to mix. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Add some sugar free whipped topping or some healthy granola and it's the perfect sweet treat.

I prefer the pudding, but either a shake or pudding gives you a tasty treat. Can be used "on the go" during a busy day or as a filling dessert. The pudding mixes best in a cup, stirring thoroughly per directions on the label.

I'm so glad I gave this Lean 180 Puddng a try. It's amazing...not only does it taste great, it has 15 grams of protein, is super low in carbs, and it has vitamins and minerals that my body needs. It's easy to make, and it holds me over for hours.

This is a really interesting pudding to try. I like that it solidified quickly, but the powder didn't mix up as well as a pudding should. The texture was a little different than pudding, so I rather have this as a drink than a pudding. It has a nice flavor, when it's made as a drink, it just needs to be mixed well. I appreciate being gifted a sample of this to try!
