Kathleen
My recent eye exam was better than last year and my eyes are healthier because of these eye vitamins. I will keep on buying them and I highly recommend them. Kathleen.

Beware of Ingredients.
You need to make sure that u can take all the ingredients. I found out that I was allergic to something in it. So be aware of what you are taking.
