LeapFrog LF815HD 5" WiFi High Definition Video Baby Monitor

This is absolutely the best baby monitor on the market. This isn't your ordinary baby monitor either, it's truly a smart baby monitor system. The best part? It's made by Leap Frog! So you know it's going to be an absolute top notch product. I was impressed with the product the moment I've opened the box and noticed the great quality. Even more so impressed when turning it on for the first time. There's very little set up. Plug in the parent viewer monitor in the parents room, plug in the camera unit in the kids room, and done! First thing I've noticed... it's crystal clear! No wired connection and no wifi required! Just crystal clear video and sound transmitting from room to room. I love the fact that I can configure it where the parent viewer monitor automatically turns on when the camera unit hears sounds, and automatically turns off shortly after there is no more sound. The kids love the different colors of the night light as well as the melodies it plays from the camera unit as it provides that extra comfort to help them fall asleep quickly.

I can watch my baby through the camera screen it comes with without having to go up and down the stairs to go check on her all I have to do is look at her on the monitor and it gives me an amazing secure feeling. I was extremely impressed with this one. It is extremely clear and in color. The sound picks up really well. I absolutely love how it has glowing lights on the actual camera that sits in the baby's room. There are so many options on this thing that I am just absolutely impressed. As soon as I plugged it in it was immediately connected the camera to the base. I would absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This leap frog baby monitor is amazing has color screen and a walkie talkie type radio it has a temperature and moisture monitor on it making sure the room is perfect for your little one and your able to use your phone to look at the baby on monitor anytime you want it's utterly amazing how well this monitor works and all the wonderful functions it has even a nightlight which makes things so much easier. I'd definitely recommend this to any new parents this is a top of the line baby monitor that does it all and it'll give you peace of mind knowing your baby is safe

The picture quality is so crisp and clear without any blurring or lag, and you can clearly see everything in view whether it's day or night (and even in nighttime, you still get a sharp, colorized picture!). The camera's viewpoint is so impressive that it easily captures the whole room. It's extra features are also helpful, especially how it monitors the room temperature and humidity. Another plus is that it emits very little noise, so it doesn't disrupt the baby at all while asleep. I really want to get another monitor like this, it's been more than useful. Definitely recommend!

First, the things I like—night vision is clear, the two-way talking, and overall functionality of the handheld screen. Cons— the WiFi connectivity is unreliable. I also wish the time was displayed on the screen in addition to the temperature. Lastly, I wish there was a way to connect multiple cameras from multiple rooms, but from what I can tell, that is not possible with this particular model. Overall, I'd say it does the basic job of being a video monitor, but there are features that I feel are important to our family that this can't provide.

I bought this to take on vacation with us. It barely reached the floor above the room I was using it in. It was very delayed and the quality was poor. Kept disconnecting and I would have to go closer to the camera to reconnect.

It does not work. Connection is awful. I would love to get my money back.
