LeapFrog Scout's Learning Lights Remote, Pretend Play Toy For Kids

Got this Leapfrog Learning Light remote for my niece who is only 1 yrs old but she loves it. Could not stop playing with it! Thanks to the bright colours and sing song!!!

Bought for my 12 month old nephew who was visiting from Calif. He loved it and played with it during the long,long plane trip home.

This is a great toy for infants (mine is 5 months) and toddlers. The toy remote is colorful, lights up and it's easy for little hands to hold on to. My 5-month-old enjoys the lights and songs and is able to push the buttons. My toddler loves playing with this remote too! My daughter took interest in this remote right away. She loves all the colorful buttons and different sounds. Children really enjoy this item they play with it as a remote and as a mobile phone. It is very interactive and appeals to various levels of learning and play.

Our 9 month old grand daughter loved playing with this remote. She loves the lights and all the sounds and all the little tunes it played. She is a little young yet to understand the numbers, shapes and weather part of it, but as a grandma, I know that this toy will last and she will probably still be playing with it as she grows to learn about them. This is a unique and fun way to learn shapes with a toddler. It plays a little game to point out the shapes and a counting feature. I also like how small it is. Perfect to stick in your purse or diaper bag. Toys like these I feel are best to hide and get out again so they don't get sick of it. Then it feels new and exciting again. Overall is a good product

I didn't like how the buttons didn't feel like actual remote buttons. They are more like raised bumps you press. Also the screen just seems to light up different shapes no matter what you pushed. It did have a weather button which I thought was sort of clever, but I just felt like when my child is old enough to understand weather they might get confused why the remote is telling them the wrong thing. Just not it love with it overall.
