These were purchased to include in some sensory bins I made for my grands. They are perfect for little hands and the bright colors went well with what I was trying to do…. As visual interest. They aren't too stiff to squeeze picking up items and they aren't too pointed that I was concerned with safety. They also have teeth on the tips so that helps grip anything that makes be smooth or slick. I can see these being used in a preschool setting to improve fine motor skills. They come in a container with a handle that is sturdy enough to store and use on a daily basis.

I bought some at the dollar store and they all broke in one day. These came out cheaper on sale and they are built better. Fingers crossed they last!

I'm afraid a little one might have to squeeze too hard and snap the tweezers. However, I am hopeful that these will increase the grip strength required for the motor control we need in our kindergartners.
