Thank you Learning Resources for gifting us this toy to try out! My 2 year old loves playing with this! She's learning to count so this has been helpful to make it fun! She also enjoys playing with the colorful figurines and putting them back in their "homes" afterwards. She sometimes has a little bit of trouble with the key but her big sister has been helpful with that!
I received the Lock & Key Clubhouse for free in exchange for my honest review 💧✨ My 2.5-year-old son absolutely loves this toy! It's both educational and entertaining — he enjoys using the keys to unlock the box and discovering the animals inside. It also helps him practice colors and numbers in a fun, hands-on way. Overall, I think this is a wonderful toy for toddlers
This toy is great for working on fine motor skills and the pincer grasp. I love that it's simple and not electronic. It isn't overwhelming, but it entertains my baby while she focuses on unlocking each door. I also love that the key is attached to the unit so we don't lose it. My only complaint is that the string could be a bit longer. Sometimes the door won't open all the way because of string length. You have to close the door, re-lock it, then come at it from a different direction. It can be a little frustrating for my baby.
I love all the ways this engages your child. From having to problem solve, but also color coordinate as well as count. This is such a thought-provoking toy. I cannot recommend this enough. It makes learning fun and easy. My kids love using it and have no idea I am actually able to use this as a teaching resource at the same time. I am so thankful I was given this product in an exchange for an honest review. The design of it is perfect. And as I am an avid worrier, there is absolutely no way for little fingers to be pinched squished or anything your mom brain can overthink. I will absolutely be buying these for any of my friends who are new moms to be. Seriously such a great tool to use that is camouflaged as a toy.🤭
BzzAgent and Learning Resources sent me this free Lock & Key Clubhouse in exchange for my honest review. The first thing I noticed was that the key is attached to the Clubhouse -- something I appreciate since I can see us losing it otherwise. This toy helps toddlers improve their hand-eye coordination and also teaches cause and effect (turn the key to make the lock open, get one of the little pets from inside, etc). It's easy to keep clean, too, and has provided educational entertainment for numerous play sessions already. This would make a nice gift for the little ones in your life. Bonus points because it doesn't make annoying noises!
This is such a great toy! There's multiple ways to play with it to keep your child interested and engage more with you during playtime. It has numbers, shapes, colors and counting pictures. The key is good for their motor skill for twisting and turning. I also like that it came with cute little colored animals. I did receive this product as part of promotion for my honest review but let me tell you that I have been buying this brand after noticing Ms. Rachel uses a lot of it on her Youtube. It's very educational and definitely a well thought toys to help your child's development in certain areas based on their age.
The Lock & Key Clubhouse has quickly become a favorite in our house. The set comes with brightly colored doors and a key, and each locked door is just challenging enough to keep my kid engaged without being frustrating. I love that it encourages problem solving and critical thinking, while also helping strengthen fine motor skills as they work to turn the keys. The size of the pieces is perfect for little hands, and everything feels sturdy and well made, which is important since it gets a lot of use. My child enjoys the sense of accomplishment every time she unlocks a door, and it keeps her entertained for long stretches of time. It's educational, fun, and something I can see being enjoyed for a long time.
My son (17 months) and cousin's son (3years) unboxed this together and LOVED it. It did take some time to teach my son how to use the key but his cousin was a great help. It's a great educational toy. The only drawback was eventually they had trouble sharing the key. I love that the small toys are easily stored when not in use. We have traveled with it and folks always ask where we bought it. It's such a cool toy. Definitely recommend! We received this complimentary however all opinions are our own!
The Learning Resources Lock & Key Clubhouse has been such a hit in our house! My little one loves unlocking the colorful doors, and it keeps them busy while building motor skills and problem-solving. The key matches the doors, which makes it both fun and educational — they're learning colors, shapes, and numbers without even realizing it. The chunky key and animal friends are the perfect size for little hands, and everything is sturdy enough to hold up to lots of play. I love that it encourages independent play but also gives us fun moments together. Definitely a must-have toy for toddlers!
I gave this product to my 18 month old niece. While she was excited to start using it she quickly lost interest as she had trouble removing the key after initially getting the toy out. The key needs to be turned back in order to pull out. While this toy has great potential, it might be more suitable for toddlers who are slightly older.
