Learning Resources Play Dishes, Colorful Kitchen Toy Plate Set, 24 Piece Set, Ages 3+

I received this product for free through the Spark Reviewer Program. This is a nice little play set. I have a 5 year old and 8 year old daughter and they both enjoy playing with this set. They love playing pretend house and school and all that pretend stuff so this little set makes everything a lot more fun. My girls can be a little rough so this set is very durable. I now hate that they don't have their little kitchen set anymore because with this little dish set, that would have been perfect. The set would be great for a kid learning colors, unfortunately, my girls already know their colors. This can also be a good tool used for teaching shapes as far as the plates go. This little set can also be used to teach table etiquettes. I am very pleased with this little set and I think it's prefect for many different reasons. It's a great learning tool and come in handy for various things. I highly recommend this item to all parents. It is recommend in the box for ages 3+ but I don't see a reason why you couldn't introduce this to your child at the age of 1 ½ or 2. It really depends on the child.

From the picture on the front of the box it looks like the dish set would be fun for kids to play with. The colors are nice, bright and fun. The colors match the Pretend and Play Cooking Set. Makes me think of them going together and my grandkids would enjoy both of these items. Since they are plastic easy to clean and sturdy enough to withstand the kid's play. Also since they are plastic they can be taken outside without worrying they will break or rust if they are left out. The size is nice of the silverware, cups and plates. The number of pieces for a 4 place setting is a perfect number. The 3+ age suggestion is perfect. Especially since little kids like to imitate their parents. I definitely think kids would like playing with these dishes. I had fun checking them out for the grandkids. One question in the back of my mind has to do with toxins. Since there is so much information about being BPA free I would be interested in knowing if it was. If it was BPA I could see where it would be a selling point and if not I might think twice and get a different dish set that I felt was safer for my grandkids.

Exactly as described/how the photo looks. These dishes are so cute and sturdy. We bought them as a gift for our sons first birthday and he loves to play with them.

My 4 year old loves it! :) She enjoys sitting down and playing dinner with her toys and me :) It is great for them to use their imagination and people skills. No assembly required of course. Can play with them right out of the box. Easy to use and very light and made for her little fingers. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with a little one of a young age, :)

Love the bright colors that are used. This is a very durable plastic. I tried to bend and break and it does not so you will not have to worry about breaking and any sharp objects. Safe product for small children. Does not come with any learning pamphlet but could be used in teaching children proper etiquette.

My 3 year old just got a kitchen set and this little dish set is just want she needed. I love the primary colors, great for learning colors while playing tea time. The plates, cups, and spoons are very nice sturdy quality. I also like that the set has the little plates or saucer plates for the tea cups makes play time super fancy in my daughter's eyes. She has started learning the colors and likes to use the green set most because that is the color she knows now. I would recommend this to any child the colors are really gender friendly so it can be played with by anyone. Great size my daughter is able to place a two plastic play food on the bigger plate and pretends she is eating her food.

Got this for my four year old. She loves playing pretend. She couldn't wait for me to open the box. She was so excited! She plays with them everyday with her kitchen set. I noticed that they are very hard plastic not something she would tear up in a day unlike some other plastic products which are very thin. These products are very thick and solid something that will stick around for a while. I have bought several other kitchen products but I can say this product is the Best! I would recommend it for anyone to buy for their child. I'm sure your child will love it and enjoy playing with them as much as mine does!

At first I didn't think much of these. The only thing we didn't like at first was the play utensils are made in 2 pieces. The box does state 3+ which makes sense. It could be 3+ due to the parts. We got them for our 3 year old grand daughter. She played with them for a short time. What surprised me is our grandson liked them more than the girls did. He's only 7 months so he doesn't have much of an imagination yet but he enjoyed them just the same. Because he is only 7 months, that is why I didn't like the 2 part utensils. We were afraid they would separate easily but it seems that is not the case. They seems sturdy enough to stay together. I even tried to pull them apart and they stayed. We still keep an eye on him when he plays with them. They are sold at a nice price too. I would recommend these for any child over 3 as stated on the box. Keep an eye on any younger children though. Our grandsons face is blurred by request of his mother.

I presented this to one of two nieces staying with my mom.Maci is 3 yrs old. It was an immediate hit. We were all guests of Mia's (her sister) ..Cafe with an astonishing menu that included resitation of ingredients, one of which I may well try! The two girls were engaged literally for hours playing tea party, serving in color coordinated dishes and utensils. The ste itself is very sturdy and a size that could actually hold food and beverages. The utensils, in particular, are strong enough, and flexible enough not to break in the course of use. They are large enough that a swallowing problem is not likely in the designated age catagory. I had taken pictures and a little video on my cellphone, but have yet to figure out how to convert to this device and attach. You would see the obvious delight with the product by both the recipient, her sister, aunt, grandmother and dad..I would definitely recommend this product for size, safety, durability, and stimulating to the imagination. I would highly recommend it this for any child who loves to imitate domestic activities...most, is my guess.

Pretend & Play Dish Set is as real as they get. This set is of great quality and a child would love playing with it. I more unquestionably recommend this set.
