these are an excellent teaching item. I wish I had this education when I was my nephew's ages. they are five and eight respectively. and I showed them these little toys and they seem to understand the basics. but I said that these feelings and emotions can be your friends as well they can help you through life your feelings and emotions.

I bought this for an Easter basket toy and my almost two year old son ended up seeing me open the package. I ended up opening it right away and he loves them. The entire pop is silicone. It has really helped him learn about emotions and bring up the discussions on how to work with all of the emotions we feel. We also go over all the colors, we count them, stack them, and roll them on their sides. He can play with these for almost an hour, which speaks volumes since he's usually only into cars/trucks, sports, and books. Obviously every child is different but it's definitely a win for my toddler
