Learning Resources Say-a-Sound Speech Cubes Preschool Learning Activities Ages 3 and Up

We received this as a free sample. My four year hasn't started school yet, so she may be a little young to actually use the phonics portion of the blocks, but she does love to find and match the sound I pick out to the correct picture. She also loves to match the colors and build with them so I would say this toy has multiple uses for fun and learning.

I received this product free for review I thought I would be using these mostly with my 3 (almost 4) year old but I've found them a lot more fun/useful with my 7 year old. While he is reading at his expected level, practicing his sounds has made him a more confident reader. We love learning resources products and this was no exception

Blocks are good for both kids. They like to stack them. I like that they're foam so isn't loud when they fall and won't hurt if they're thrown or stepped on. Good for five year old cause she learning to read. 3 year old can identify the colors sounds and pictures. Also really like that it came with a bucket to store them with a lid/handle.

I absolutely love the Say-a-Sound Speech Cubes.They've been such a fun and helpful tool for encouraging my little one's speech development. Unlike flashcards or apps, these cubes are hands-on and feel more like a game, which keeps my child engaged and excited to learn. They are very light weight and colourful. The visuals are clear, the prompts are simple, and the cubes themselves are sturdy and easy to handle. It's a great way to build language skills through play. I'd definitely buy this product again and highly recommend it to any parent or teacher looking for a creative way to support early speech.

Used this with my 5 year old to work on phonics in preparation for reading. It was a little confusing at first but once I had the time to sit and read the instructions it actually was pretty straightforward. I love that this is an activity I can do with him that's fun, interactive, and engaging. There are days that he begs me to sit down and play this with him. It has definitely helped improve his pronunciation of certain letters and sounds. I also love that it comes in a reusable jar for easy clean up and storage. The cubes are a little soft so my 1 year old likes to use them as teethers— beware of that for the little ones.

These cubes have been a wonderful addition to our home! I have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, and both of them are completely drawn to these. The bright colors and fun pictures keep them engaged much longer than most toys. My 1-year-old loves stacking them and pointing at the pictures, while my 3-year-old enjoys rolling them like dice and practicing the sounds and words he sees. One thing I really appreciate is the texture of the cubes—they're made of a soft, foam-like material, not hard plastic. That means they're safe for little hands and faces, and they're not loud when they hit the floor (a big plus in a busy house!). The quiet rolling makes them perfect for playtime during quiet hours also. His favorite part is definitely the animal sounds and silly face prompts—he laughs every time! I love that it feels like playtime, but I know it's actually helping with his speech and vocabulary. We even brought them to our speech therapist, who thought they were a fantastic tool. If you're looking for something fun, safe, and toddler-approved, I highly recommend these cubes!

My kids love it! My daughter is sounding out the letters my son loves to build with them and we play he has to sound them out before he can build! It's educational and fun! I would recommend to anyone try it! I love that it has a handy holder too!

Provides multiple ways to use. Soft cubes easy for tiny fingers to grab. Has several ways to use the pictures such as sounding out the letter combinations, the pictures and combinations of both.

My boys enjoyed playing with these cubes. They loved the pictures and the sounds to make the words when reading a loud. It helped my child who has a lisp try to correctly pronounce words. They enjoyed stacking the cubes.
