Learning Resources Sorting Surprise Picnic Baskets for Ages 3+ - Plastic Preschool Toy

I didn't know what to expect when buying this product but I have bought from Learning Resources in the past and love their learning toys. I was not disappointed! The baskets came neatly packaged and had very cute well made miniature figures inside. The picnic blanket has the instructions on the other side with multiple games to play! I highly recommend this game for parents and kiddos

My 6 year old loves playing with these in a sensory box (see photos). I hide the items in sand or water beads - and challenge him to find them using tweezers or a scooper. He then has to match the item to the corresponding picnic basket using only the tweezer (so hard!). We also do treasure hunts: I hide the items outside and he has to find the pieces to match into the picnic baskets. I love the texture of the pieces. Such a cute set!

The Surprise Sorting Picnic Basket is perfect for learning numbers, colors, and matching. I love how Learning Resources products can be used multiple ways.

Love this set! My daughter first started playing with these at physical therapy when she was a year old. Although she didn't understand the concept, she is still using her fine motor skills to place the animal in the barn.

My granddaughter loves this toy!! Peek a boo is one of her favorites, and she plays with this so much!! The name “Surprise Baskets” definitely fits!!

I purchased the Sorting Surprise Picnic Baskets as a gift for my niece who loves miniature everything. I loved how adorable this set was but with the added benefit of being educational, so I felt really good about giving it as a gift. The tiny picnic baskets are all numbered - 1-10 - so it helps kids build early math skills like counting. The tiny foods are so colorful and fun, my niece likes to match them by color and sort them into their matching basket. We also had fun talking about the different foods, what letter they started with, whether she liked to eat those foods, and so on. I have a feeling this toy will last a long time because there are so many imaginative ways to play with it. The activity guide is also adorably designed to double as a little picnic blanket! I love the little details that went into this toy.

These are so cute and my daughter absolutely adores them. She plays with them consistently. Great value for the price.

Great for preschooler and 4k student. It was bought for 4 year old to help improve skills for 4k. kindergartner loved it too

Available at store for pickup. Will be good for kids. My only issue was some of the items didn't come in little baggies like others so I wonder if I received a used item?

Bought this for my nieces, both of them love this set and have been playing with it for months after purchase.
