i never received this item despite the tracking info saying that it was delivered. I called Walmart for help resolving the issue. walmart referred me to a third-party seller. The seller insisted that it was delivered to my home . they sent a copy of the tracking ing showing it was delivered to Woodstock , NY. i live in Woodstock in a different state. when i informed them of that, they sent me a new tracking order showing it was delivered to my state. After several times going back and forth with them, i never received the product. I never received a refund.. I am very disappointed in Walmart and their customer service
not the color thats shown, jar smaller than expected and it arrived a day later than they said it would, and i needed it before it arrived, I was out of town when it did arrive.
The jar of color took forever to get here and if I had been paying attention would have realized it was a very small jar. In the ad for the touch up kit it makes it appear to do huge repairs. Would not recommend
Delivery- The product arrived late. The product wasn't properly secured and leaked into the shipping bag. The contain displayed on the site is misleading. The amount was insufficient to cover even a small project, due to the product not covering well. The product did not fill in the cracks and scratches as described. Instead it left streaks and a transparent finish.The final finish is less than desirable. It looked better before the touch-up. Very disappointing. The product overall is substandard.Now I am left to purchase another product to go over the less than desirable results. The description provided online was rubbish.
The package was in bad shape. The color was supposed to be burgundy. It was a reddish brown. It also took weeks to get to me.
Don't waste your money. This stuff is not cream, it's hard and crusty. It doesn't bind well with leather. I'm going to try shoe polish.
I didn't receive it . The package came and all it had in it was a sponge.
