With only an overhead light in my garage, I really needed something else to help out. I decided to try two boxes of these lights as step lights, and they are perfect! The lights have magnets that connected with a strip that tapes onto any surface. I had doubts the tape would hold on old, unfinished wood and with pretty extreme temperatures, but not a single strip has fallen. The lights worked great. They come right on with motion and are bright enough to illuminate the steps. They've exceeded my expectations in every way.

Works as expected. the lights are bright and each one take 3 AAA batteries which are not included. According to the instructions the longevity of the batteries are about 100 hours. Lights only goes off when it is "dark enough" and stay on for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Installation is literally in seconds with the adhesive on the back and the magnet is strong which is a big plus. The price is right for what you get and would buy again if needed.

They are the greatest

Came when promised, easy to set up, and works perfectly on my basement steps. The angle of the sensors are perfect and the lights come on at the bottom as I come around the corner, before I even step onto the step. I like the rectangular design too. I didn't want “hockey pucks” on my stairs or walls so these look so much better!

They were simple to install. either with the supplied tape or the screws, I used the screws and they worked fantastically. I installed 9 lights using every other step, you don't need more. They did not come with the necessary batteries (3 Each) but no matter I always have an assortment in the house. I loved these so much I ordered 2 more sets for my basement stairs.

I love these lights. The motion sensors work great. Steps are in darkest part of house, yes I have over head light, but sometimes don't use it. These lights work perfectly.

This lights did not need an electrical source, and also easy to install. The design is very beautiful and simple. When I forget to turn on the lights, and the sensor will get my motion, and directly provide a light. I like the design of lights shapes and sizes are not big or small. But the only one I have to complain about is batteries. Each light needs 3 AA batteries. It's too many. If I purchase many lights to install my home, I have to change one by one once no batteries.
