Made from slightly stretch-y denim like fabric. The durability is very strong and resilient. The waist is a little tight for me but doubt it would be a problem for most.

Fit is fabulous, I love the discrete cargo pants stying - fits all my stuff without the big bulges of other cargo pants styles. Only downside is I wish the darker colors would last longer before fading. So be sure to wash in cold water with other darks!

I had previously purchased a few pair of this specific style of Lee Straight Fit Cargo Pants. These are NOT your conventional cargo style with huge, baggy external pockets, No, instead they have very discrete almost hidden slash entry and the right side has a zipper for safe retention of small and loose items. My wife was extremely impressed with the slimming style of these pants and encouraged me to get more in varied colors. I couldn't be more pleased with these pants and only wish they had come to my attention much earlier. I would appreciate it if Lee would make these in a few more color choices, especially in a navy blue.

I will keep buying these as long as Lee keeps making them. Don't change them they are perfect as they are! These are my everyday pants, I like the black cargos even though I have tan and grey. I just have more of the black color. I like the black color because stuff doesn't show on them. They are like a uniform to me. Just rotating the different pants as they slowly fade. The newest darkest ones are my "dress" pants. Older are for more casual wear. I am a large guy and the comfort fit waist is perfect! Even as I have been losing weight the elastic makes them fit still. The side pockets are great - because I keep my wallet on the right outside leg pocket, and my iPhone in the left. I always know where they are. And they don't bother me when I sit. And I can still get to them when I drive. I don't put the wallet in my back pocket because it makes your hips uneven when you sit.

I have owned several of these cargos in all the colors. They are super comfortable and pretty durable.
