I bought these jeans and liked them because theyre well made. Plenty of pockets and stitching. They could be a heavier weight.
I recently purchased the Men's Legendary Railroad Stripe Loose Carpenter Jean in Railroad Stripe, and overall I'm very happy with them. The quality of the fabric is excellent, the railroad stripe pattern looks great, and the construction feels durable and well-made. They're comfortable to wear and have a classic workwear-inspired style that stands out. My only suggestion would be to offer a slightly more fitted version, as the loose fit is a bit roomier than I prefer. Other than that, they're a fantastic pair of jeans and a great addition to my wardrobe.
I know that your accountants thought that robbing the jeans that I just received of two belt loops would be a good idea. But it diminishes the quality of the jeans and probably won't balance your books. (the jeans I've had in the past had 7, new ones have 5)
Large holes appeared on the mack pockets after 2 months of use twice a week. The lightwash ones. I just bought some more dark wash because my husband liked them so much and I like how he looks in them, but i really feel thry should last longer than 2 months.
Very much "Meh" in terms of comfort. These jeans are a stretch blend, which I guess is nice if you're sort of in between sizes, but the stretch stays as the day goes on so you'd be better off wearing a belt with these so they don't fall down. I don't wear belts, they're fairly heavy which makes them kind if stiff, which just means more effort to wear and function with them on, which means more sweating, which means more falling off... Overall I'm not a fan.
Bought a pair and there was a loose thread/snag in the fabric. Very minor but I did an exchange for another pair. The new pair has a weird bunching in a portion of the waistband but it flattens out when I put them on so not really a huge deal but shows there could be better quality control. I've already worn the pants and washed them so I'm going to keep them. I wish the pockets were made of a heavier fabric - they could also be deeper but again not a big deal. Overall the fit and pants fabric is good though.
Definitely not what I expected. Runs big and long overall. Looks better in the photos than in person. I don't like the tiny logo on the back pocket. It is nice quality but I was looking for jeans to wear out. That's my fault though.
I've been wearing carpenter jeans for over 50 years, but the fit and fabric has been changed recently...and I still have many pairs in my closet. They were always selling out in stores, so why change a good thing?
I have worn these jeans for many years for work. I would buy about 6 every year as long as I can remember. I use the right side pocket near the side of the leg to store my cell iPhone 13 in it. This time when the jeans arrived the opening of the pocket is about 2" wide. Do not buy if you intend to utilize this side pocket for anything more than a screw driver!
I've been buying these jeans for years. They are the best fit are high quality and are reasonably priced. Why did you change/shrink the phone pocket? These are no longer usable for me as I can no longer carry my phone comfortably and I'll be returning the three pairs I just purchased. I'm pretty upset about this as I hate shopping for properly fitting jeans.
