I was looking for jeans that would be warmer in winter, and maybe even to wear inside so I can keep the thermostat lower in an effort to save money. One of my favorite brands, Lee, had the perfect option for me at Walmart with a great price. These jeans are perfect and I feel like they will last for several years. The fleece inside is so very soft too. I am very pleased.
Lee has gotten better, with this mid rise jean sitting where you need it to sit, right above the hips and below the belly button. Replacing 10 yr lined Lee jeans which were low rise and always falling down. These are still an inch too big in the hips, but when you need warmth, I can except it not being 100% perfect. Went to reorder 2 more pairs and says out of stock, but a different seller has them on this site? I do hope they are the same exact jean, as I bought a lined Lee jean straight leg from a different retailer and they are Much thinner, not the thick flannel. Won't cut it being outside in winter working, more for when it's getting a tad chilly out or when staying inside and house isn't that warm.
My only regret: sure wish I'd found these warm, comfy, fashionable jeans before I'd wasted money on other websites. I'm 5'5 , about 125 lbs, I'm almost 70…so I needed a perfect pair or jeans to wear for outside tasks, dog walks, and just for warmth and comfort. I'll be purchasing more. Thank you, Walmart.
I usually wear a size 8 in jeans but I sized up on these jeans because I wasn't sure how tight they would be with the flannel lining. These are relaxed fit and are so nice! They fit great, a little loose but not too loose. They are comfortable and warm.
I've machine washed and dried one pair several times and they're holding up well without shrinkage. The lining is soft and cozy without adding too much bulk. Would have given 5 stars if they were high rise, but that's just personal preference.
Flannel lining kept me very warm. Jean material was heavy duty too. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the cut felt like a low rise jean. I kept pulling on them but they were so warm and that is what I needed for work.
I love these jeans and the fact I had to go down a size. They are warm and soft. They would be perfect if the waist came up a bit higher in the back. Also if the front pockets were big enough to hold my phone. I'm enhancing the pockets but I shouldn't have to
For the last 3 fall/winters I've enjoyed my lined Lee jeans. 30 lbs lighter, I bought new ones for this year. My only problem with them is that the front pockets aren't long enough for my phone, or my hands. I hope you will fix this common problem in future ones. I'll fix these with extensions, but I shouldn't have to.
