First of all, it's a unicorn - a kid-sized lefty bass. Next, the quality is impressive: The frets were nicely finished, no rough edges; the action is decent; the finish is good; the hardware operates smoothly. It wasn't even that far out of tune. The sound is a generic classic P-Bass growl. Nothing fancy, but at that price point, I'm not going to complain. Finally, it comes with usable strings. A bass with a scale of ~25" needs some chunky strings or the E won't effectively vibrate; it just wobbles. I've seen others that needed new strings to be playable. This was ready to go right out of the box. Whoever built this wants young kids to succeed at playing music.
