Good standard quality for a 219.99 power lift recliner, I sleep in it because of a heart condition cant lay flat. Best one so far for me to sleep in.

i have had since 12/24. it is difficult to adjust your foot rest where you need it. when i recieved it the padding was not as full as it felt like it should be. Recently it feels like i am sitting in a hole when i lean back or recline to laying position. It has helped so much being able to get up but just has gotten to where it is uncomfortable. There should have been more padding than it has. Iam worried about how long itwill last.

Rock-hard seat caused my mom extra pain in her back and tush. Assembly was very difficult as screws to attach seat were hard to reach and misaligned, instructions were not helpful. Dissassembly was just as difficult when we tried to return. Unfortuately, we went through a vendor who fulfilled the order, rather than Walmart directly so we can't return to a store and the vendor has ignored three requests for a return label and refund. Likely vendor will try to charge another $100 for returning - thats how much shipping to us cost. This purchase was made during a traumatic period after mom got hurt and needed help getting out of her chair, so caused caregiver (me) to stay with her an extra week, (missing work and $$) while we shopped for a comfy chair that won't cause her even more pain. Have reached out to Walmart for help with this matter and recommend they drop rhis vendor. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased this chair onDec 10th and it arrived 2 days later. We put it together buy it wouldn't lift you up. The motor didn't work. So we immd put everything back in the box and texted the company that we needed a return label. Te texted back one time we need video of the chair and I said we already have it in the box and we need a return shipping label and they refused and today is January 24th and they still have not responded

Don't waste your money on this. It is NOT an oversized, large chair like shown in the advertisement. The motors are extremely slow. A person would urinate themselves by the time the recliner even lets your feet hit the floor. Also the headrest does not move, i thought so too by the picture, but it doesn't. The buttons on the remote have to be pressed down super hard to get it to activate. I'm not even an obese person, and it feels like the arm cushions are wedged halfway under my cheeks. I'd return it if i could, but would probably have to go through a lengthy aggravating process that isn't even worth it. Spare the extra cash and get a better one. I can't even believe it was priced as much as it was before the mark down. You know someone got screwed paying that much.

I'm very disappointed, I purchased the chair and paid 79.00 for assembly. Once the chair was delivered and I called to set up a date for someone else to come out to assemble the chair, I was enformed by both the seller and Walmart that they do not do assembly. I will be returning the chair for a full refund.

Uncomfortable.and extremely cheap feeling. Honestly, I doubt it makes it a year before breaking down. Motors sound like an old man getting up in the middle of a night. Wheezing, straining, and everything in excruciating slow motion. Waiting for this thing to lift you in an upright position is almost comical. I say almost, cause its not funny when I think of the money wasted. The seat isn't padded very well so I imagine my fanny will be aching in no time at all. The seat back isn't high enough to support the back of your head, so forget napping. I wish now that I hadn't already tossed my old recliner away, even though it was falling apart after several years of sturdy service. At least it was still comfortable. To the manufacturers who sold me this thing? Refund my money and pick this chair up and Ill retract my review. I sure ain't going through the hassle of shipping it. Maybe Goodwill will pick it up if you don't. Oh well. That's what happens when you buy furniture on a website. You roll the dice and hope for the best. This time I came up snake eyes.

once again as this was the second attempt, did not receive what I ordered. said the width of seat was 23" turns out it was only 17". Huge disappointment. I will say the Walmart customer service was very good and refunded my money quickly. Overall I would not order from a third party through Walmart unless you can physically see it before ordering.

within a onth the main motor for the lift stopped working, and nw the seat bottom feels like you are going to fall through. Gave it 1 star because there is no zero. Spend a little extra and stay away from this piece of crap
