Legendary Foods Protein Sweet Roll - Cinnamon 4 Pk

I think people are expecting something like a Honey Bun or other sugar laden Sweet Roll….this is a very good high protein version. Taste is certainly an individual preference….but from someone that would not allow himself to indulge in the standard high calorie, sugar laden Sweet Rolls, this certainly provides a sweet, better for you, high protein option.

For a low carb version it's very good the only complaint is that it's too small. I wish the item was bigger that's it otherwise great job. Highly recommend

It was a great treat while my family ate "real" cinnamon rolls. I did heat mine for about 15 seconds. It was just warm enough. The texture was soft enough to be satisfying and it tasted good too. The fact it had high protein is great because it is filling. I will keep them around for treats!

You'd never assume they are protein cinnamon rolls, or even more so healthy!!!!! These are not just a great post workout snack! But also for the mornings I need a little extra boost. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a protein snack that doesn't taste like chalky or any other protein snack.

OMG people. These YES. A whole debate on "They're too dry, they're like paste, yuck" HERE'S HOW TO MAKE THEM. 1. Spear the roll with a chopstick about ten times through the icing top to bottom. A skewer would do. 2. Run the roll quickly back and forth under cold tap water, a few times, it needs to be moist. 3. Microwave for 30 seconds. Oof! Pastry is warm, plump, moist, dripping, and has that just- baked, melty texture. I did the microwave 30 secs without the spray of water and no way is it as good. THIS is the way. I eat it with chopsticks..

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the texture is on these. The legendary donuts have more of a whey texture and this one has more of a natural doughy texture, closer to the real thing. You DO need to microwave this! I think it was perfect at 20 seconds. I personally haven't tried any of the donuts or cinnamon rolls without microwaving them. I imagine they'd be terrible. Just do yourself a favor and heat them up.

These pastries taste delicious!! They have the texture of the real thing, and the icing is so tasty! They are expensive, tho, about 2.50 each- and they're tather small, but worth it because of all the protein they have (30g). I bought about 6 different flavors, and they are all delicious!! I definitely recommend these.

These cinnamon rolls are amazing. You can't have the expectation that they will taste exactly like a regular cinnamon roll. It's really hard to use alternative ingredients and even get close. But this company has done it. The texture and flavor are good. A little chewy, but that's to be expected. I have been gluten-free for several years, and I avoid most other grains along with refined sugar. It's really hard to find an option like this. I've tried making protein powder desserts at home and they were disappointing. So thankful I found this product.

Kinda what you'd expect from a protein cinnamon roll. Nothing near as good as like a honeybun but you're burnt out on protein bars this isn't bad. Have to microwave them that is key for it not being horrible. It very much so has that protein powder dough texture and taste

horrible, tastes like some weird chemicals idk ...just doesn't taste natural, looked so good until I ate....yuck will not buy again And way too small and expensive for only 4 rolls of horrible tasting garbage. IDC if it's high in protein it tastes yucky.
